10-POINT INSPECTION AT SPRING START-UP SERVICE

 

Our 10 Point Inspection Spring Start-Up Service checks for all the issues winter leaves behind. As well, from year-to-year landscape and redesigned changes. During the Spring Start-Up, we will ensure your irrigation & lighting system meets your needs and keeps your lawn and plants healthy!

IRRIGATION: 10 Point Inspection at Spring Start-Up

  1. Pressurize Mainline
  2. Verify the mainline is intact
  3. Walk through All Zones
  4. Check all sprinklers heads
  5. Check for clogged heads
  6. Check for misaligned heads
  7. Check for heads that have been overgrown
  8. Check for leaks
  9. Check timer and programming
  10. Check rain sensor

LIGHTING: 10 Point Inspection at Spring Start-Up

  1. Check each light to make sure they are working
  2. Replace LED/Lamps if needed
  3. Clean lenses and remove them of any debris
  4. Straighten the fixture and shrouds
  5. Confirm the timer is working and accurate
  6. Add new programming as necessary
  7. Check wire connections if necessary
  8. Trim trees/shrubs around fixtures (plants do grow…every year)
  9. Compare current voltage and amps to the original installation
  10. Complete any necessary repairs and parts at additional cost

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

 

Ask about our Residential Service Agreement that will help you in maintaining your irrigation & lighting systems year-round.

 

  • Preferred Silver Membership: Spring Start Up – Mid-Season Visit – Winterization Shut Down
  • Preferred Gold Membership: Spring Start Up – Two Mid-Season Visit – Winterization Shut Down

 

Minor repairs will be done during the initial service visit. All repairs are on a “Time + Material” basis and are up and above the price of the Spring Start-Up service. Any large repair will be scheduled upon customer request.
